International Orders (Customers Outside of USA)

Thanks for visiting The Magickal Cat!  We welcome orders from outside of the United States and currently have customers in over 50 different territories & countries. 

Please note the following when placing orders for shipment outside of the United States:

• All prices on the site are in U.S. dollars. -- we cannot convert to other currencies at this time. 

• All international payments must be made via PayPal or international money order/cashier's check.  All payments must be in U.S. dollars. 

PayPal:  To pay by PayPal, place your order online and select 'PayPal' as the payment option.  When the order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal to submit your payment to us at recipient address payments@themagickalcat.com.  We will send you a separate PayPal invoice for the additional shipping charges on your order once the order is boxed and we know the exact shipping cost.

International Money Order or Cashier's Check :  To pay by International Money Order or Cashier's Check, place your order online and select 'Money Order/Cashier's Check' as the payment option.  Once the order is submitted, obtain an international money order or cashier's check in U.S. dollars from within your country (usually from a bank or postal office).  All checks & money orders should be made payable to 'The Magickal Cat'.  Your order will ship within 5 business days of payment receipt.  Our mailing address is as follows:

• Our basic international shipping costs are $10 plus 15% of the value of the order, so a $50 order would have shipping costs of $17.50, a $100 order would have shipping costs of $25, a $200 order would have shipping costs of $40, and so on. Please note that our online shopping cart does not provide the flexibility to calculate international shipping.  The shipping amount on the online shopping cart will be the domestic USA rate.  If the order is going outside of the United States, the basic shipping cost will be exactly double the amount shown on the order when you check out.  If your order is very heavy (especially books & liquids) or shipping costs to your country are much higher than normal, we will contact you by e-mail prior to shipment to give you the option of canceling the order or paying the difference.

• International shipments are generally sent via Global Priority Mail or First Class International Mail, depending on the weight of the order.  The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive is highly dependent upon the country to which the order is being shipped.  In general, you can expect your package to take at least 2 weeks to arrive after we ship it out, possibly significantly longer.  Please plan accordingly.

• You are responsible for all duties and tariffs charged by customs for your shipment.  Also, many countries have restrictions against the importation of plants, weapons, etc.  It is your responsibility to check the rules for your country before ordering (especially for herbs and athames).  We will not provide refunds for items seized by customs on the way into your country. 
  

• We are regrettably unable to ship 14k gold jewelry and custom jewelry orders outside of North America (except for APO/FPO military orders). 
  

• APO/FPO Orders are not considered international and are shipped at the domestic rate of $5 + 7.5%.  Credit cards can be used to pay for US Military APO/FPO orders.
